Painter handyman - Long-term experience not necessary. We are a local Baltimore City based real estate company looking to add to our team of workers that updates and maintains our apartments and single family houses. Our properties are very nice with clean updated amenities and we are always improving them. We do NOT accept voucher tenants. We work 4 days per week, this is a full-time position. You need to have your own transportation, some basic tools would be a plus as well as some experience with painting and maintenance matters and speak English, have a desire to learn new things, be a good communicator, and work well with others.
