Warehouse Associate Full Time
Hanover, MD
Due to recent expansion efforts and substantial growth, we are looking for new warehouse associates based out of our Hanover, MD location. The ideal warehouse associate would have previous warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. The warehouse associate will be responsible for picking and putting away parts and assist in the loading of delivery vehicles. Our warehouse associates are all responsible for complying with all OSHA regulations and our internal safety procedures and policies. In addition, we expect our associates to help maintain a quality warehouse and help drive company-wide improvement projects. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Safely operate warehouse equipment
-Work day is typically Monday thru Friday during normal business hours
-Pull parts from the warehouse based on corresponding pick tickets and stage for delivery vehicles
-Unload containers of product to prepare for proper put away within the warehouse
-Check all products prior to staging for delivery for accuracy and quality
-Maintains proper documentation of items picked and corresponding order documentation
-Report defective parts as appropriate to immediate supervisor
-Assist in the maintenance of the warehouse while owning their specific area for cleaning/maintenance
-Complies with all company policies and procedures
-Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
-Follows direction of immediate supervisors and other company management
Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or GED
-1 to 3 years of warehouse experience
-Ability to pass drug test
-Must be at least 18 years old
