Responsibilities:
Manage the office organizational system including filing, record keeping, and maintaining and updating various spreadsheets.
Data entry, follow up calls, responding to emails, daily tasks as assigned
Communicate daily with various departments and clients
Provide general office support as required
Answer and direct phone calls
Ability to prepare letters and emails
Photocopy, fax and prepare mailings
Maintain confidential or sensitive information and documents
Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask
Basic Bookkeeping skillset
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Good communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Professional demeanor
Proven work ethic
Motivated to learn and grow with the company
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Must possess a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a variety of tasks
Must be reliable and punctual with transportation
Ability to follow directions
