Administrative Assistant - Program Compliance Construction / Insurance

Essential Functions:
Communicate with our field personnel to assure proper documentation and reporting is being completed in a timely and accurate fashion
Monitor program assignments for company compliance
Effectively use software to track on-going projects through completion
Handle customer service and escalation issues that might arise to assure minimal conflict
Work closely with key insurance partners to assure systems and projects meet carrier standards and keep current on changes and updates
Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:
Strong communications skills, especially over the phone
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices
Knowledge of construction and mitigation work flow and associated terminology
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to deal effectively with customers to quickly and professionally resolve potential conflicts
