The ideal candidate is well organized, energetic and has the flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Office hours are from 8:30-330 pm. Part time employee needed, hours and days are flexible (approx. 20 hrs. a week). Duties include answering telephones, getting mail, internet research, filing, weekly cleaning, running errands, packaging items for shipping, and various office projects as needed. Office attire is casual.
Need to file papers arrive on time
Minimum Requirements include:
Must be able to file - scan papers- do excel sheets
-High School Diploma
-Microsoft Office skills
-Strong work ethic
not afraid of dogs
-Driver’s License
Contractor -handling sub pricing AND
