I am looking to hire an organized and detailed-oriented assistant to mainly make phone calls to existing clients (no cold calling) for an established insurance agent in the business for over 20 years. In the initial 3 months period, the candidate will be coming to the office (Owings Mills, MD) for 10-15 hours/week for training (hours are flexible). After the training period, if ready, the candidate has an option to work from home and/or from the office (to be determined by the agent). Phone calls consist of making appointments for policy revisions of existing clients. Pay is based on the number of appointments made. No benefits but possibility of professional advancement.
