Growing North Baltimore Based Real Estate Development & Holding Company, seeking a Property Manager & Leasing Manager to Oversee Daily Operations of Multiple Properties.
Must have a minimum of 3 years' Experience managing residential / commercial Propertiesexperience
Job Objectives/Responsibilities:
Maximize Occupancy Levels
Decrease resident delinquency
Work within Budget guidelines
Scheduling/Assigning of Maintenance
Manage Tenant Relations
Inspections Compliance/Coordinating
Perform follow-up inspections on Turnovers/Renovations
Perform Consistent inspections of larger jobs
Perform pre-inspection compliance check
Move in/Move Out coordinating/ inspections
Preventative/Routine Maintenance
Coordinate access as needed
Code/Licensing Compliance/Violation correction
Voucher Program Compliance & Relations Management
Information Compiling & Report Creating
Marketing/Advertising/Leasing
Review Rental Apps/ Prepare Leases
Must Have:
Associates Degree/Equivalent or Greater
Reliable Transportation
Excellent communication & writing skills
Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Accounting software
Compensation:
Base Salary = Negotiable Based on Experience
