Job Summary:
Tactical-1 Security Services, LLC is seeking experienced security professionals for the Nightclub & Bar industry. Individuals must be 21 & up, with a MINIMUM of 5 years of security, law enforcement, and/or military backgrounds who can demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Check Id's
⢠Greeting customers
⢠Ensuring a safe environment
⢠Writing Reports
⢠Assisting Management with any issues that may arise
Qualifications and Skills:
⢠Valid Guard Card Required.
⢠Must be 21 & up with strong customer service skills.
⢠5+ years' experience in bar and nightclub security.
⢠Extensive boxing, defensive tactics, martial arts or MMA experience. (Preferred)
⢠Ability to de-escalate situations by communicating effectively.
⢠Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
⢠Must be able to work weekends.
⢠Must have a VALID driver's license.
⢠Must be able to pass a drug screening with negative results.
⢠CPR and First Aid Training (Preferred)
⢠Experience in dealing with difficult clientele, and reacting in a calm, controlled, deliberate manner during moments of stress is a MUST!

⢠High school or equivalent (Required)

⢠Maryland Security Guard Card (Required)
