Maximum Protective Services is in need of Field Supervisors. We will be conducting in person interviews. They will be held 10a-2p Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 01/09, 1/10, and 1/11 for the following Position(s):
Location: 5740 Executive Drive, STE 214, Catonsville MD 21228
Position: In Field Supervisor
Shifts: Evenings or Nights. Holidays and Weekends required.
****This Position requires the use of a company vehicle so applicants must have a drivers license****
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*Preferable Security Supervisory Experience rather field or site supervisors*
Applicants must be able to pass a full background check.
Must have or be able to obtain MD Guard Card
Prefer MD Wear and Carry Permit with Duty Gear
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess exceptional customer service skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Duties
Responsible for all work sites and officers during the assigned shift.
Spends 90% of work time in the field. 10% will be in the office if necessary.
Responsible for answering work phone and assisting officers or clients with any issues.
Will be apart of a 24/7 Supervisor Team. Will ork an assigned 8 hour shift however must be on call 24/7 for company emergencies
Must be able to operate company phone and scheduling software to view, and modify schedules.
Must understand that if a post is open *No guard on post* supervisor must report to the post to fill the opening themselves
*Various other supervisory duties assigned, will be discussed during interview.*
