Entry Level Sales - $40,000 Base + Commission + Bonus

We are looking for confident, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our sales team. We promote only from within and we are in the middle of an aggressive 2-year expansion plan. This means that the opportunity for growth and promotion is huge, and the earning potential is endless. Typically, this position is eligible for promotion in as little as 30 days, based on performance.
Our training program is the best in the region. We focus heavily on product, installation marketing and sales training, so before you go into the field you will have all the skills necessary to succeed at a high level. You will learn detailed strategies for client development and area assessment. You will learn how to directly convert prospects into sales and earn commissions in addition to your salary.
The compensation package is the best in the industry. We offer an annual starting salary of $40,000 plus commission, plus weekly and monthly bonuses.
We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus for a limited time, based on experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation
Availability to work 12:00pm - 8:00pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 9:00am - 2:30pm
Our field inspection team speaks directly with over 90% of our clients. Strong communication skills and a professional appearance are a must.
