REQUREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL FREIGHT BROKER at Load My Freight
Starting wage is $15/HOUR, with 5% commission.
Starting wage is negotiable based upon how much prior experience you have as a Freight Broker
No experience or degree required; however, prefer at-least 3 years of sales experience
Must have High-School Dipolma
Must be able to WORK FULL-TIME Monday through Friday
No pay ceiling; you get out what you put in!
UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL
Must be a strong multi-tasker who is adept at navigating through multiple computer systems
Adept with Microsoft Word, E-mail, various Freight websites, etc
Needs outstanding communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Must excel at and enjoy managing relationships with customers.
Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and desire a full range support for building your book of business and maximizing your potential.
