Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

• Comfortable with commission-based compensation system.

• Necessary industry licenses (Qualified candidates may still be eligible even if not currently licensed)

• Financially solvent – good credit, no bankruptcies within the past year, no tax liens

• Excellent time-management and phone skills

Easy process to get started quickly and earning commissions Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields desired but not required

• Ability to build rapport with clients

Compensation: 100% commission paid daily

• 70% starting commission rate with opportunity to increase commission every two months • Weekly training and daily support
