MacMedics is seeking Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians to join our Award-Winning Service Team in our Severna Park and Lanham Maryland locations. Candidates must know their way around the inside of all Macintosh models. Mac Techs at MacMedics help with both Apple warranty and non-warranty repairs and repair sick Macs for our on-site customers from time to time. This position at MacMedics includes assisting walk-in customers to check-in/out for service, answering Apple service questions in-person and over the phone, and helping with upgrades, sales, trade-ins for Macintosh, iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Apple TV. Applicants must be prepared to work weekdays until 7:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 - 3:00 and can lift and move a Mac Pro tower.
