We are seeking a Support Engineer who is experienced with supporting small business networks and servers, including remote desktop server environments. We provide outstanding server, network, and cloud solutions support to our small business (10 to 100 employees) customers.
We're not a bureaucratic corporate environment. We are currently a seven person team. We are family friendly and flexible.
JOB ROLES:
Drive to Baltimore area customers to provide scheduled service visits and tier 2 and 1 on-site support as needed (a valid Maryland driver's license is required)
Provide support remotely as needed, backing up our remote help desk techs
Setup, configure, and install SonicWall firewalls and SMA devices
Setup and configure smart switches and vlans
Assist with server support and projects as needed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
SonicWall certification or expertise
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues with little supervision
A cheerful "can-do" attitude and professional appearance are critical in this position
EXTRA POINTS:

Office 365 Migration and Configuration experience
StorageCraft experience
MCSA or MCSE or other certifications
