SIMmersion creates state-of-the-art role-play simulations for government and corporate clients to train complex conversation skills like suicide intervention, interview and interrogation, job interviewing, and many more! The video production assistant needs to be able to support video production for our computer software and the marketing of the company and our products. This is an entry-level position and candidates must be motivated to learn new technologies and improve their skills. Rapid personal growth is expected.
Responsibilities:
⢠Support A/V technical production including set design, lighting, teleprompter, camera operation, and real-time troubleshooting
⢠Edit video utilizing non-linear editing suites
⢠Post production including transcoding, media management, audio mixing, color correction and file transfers
⢠Coordinate with actors and Subject Matter Experts
⢠Coordinate with business development, software engineers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to create interesting and effective videos
⢠Participate in collaborative design and highly iterative development
⢠Utilize 3D compositing software (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
⢠Support software development through user-testing
Experience or Knowledge of (highly desirable):
⢠Adobe Creative Cloud software
⢠Gaming and 3D Environments
⢠Script management
⢠Social media
⢠HTML/CSS/JavaScript
