Experienced handyman needed!
Job description is rehabbing homes. Need to be able to hang dry wall and finish and paint. Install cabinets, windows, doors and plumbing fixtures. Replace light fixtures, handrails and install flooring. Able to build interior walls if need be. All around handy in all aspects of home repairs. Must be a self-motivator and able to meet deadlines. Must be able to do quality work that will pass inspections.
Must Be Dependable, have own tools and transportation with a good driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and be hard working with a can do attitude.
