Also, the Client Success Manager serves as the main point of contact for client accounts. Come join an industry leader to grow your career .Key Responsibilities:Plan the execution of client strategies and coordinating with all internal functions to execute with excellence and alignment with client goals.

Accountable for client retention and client satisfaction for their designated book of business

Deliver services according to contractual requirements

Create and maintain client relationships

Influence client and internal timelines expectations, and proactively negotiates with internal resources to deliver on promises made, service level agreements and client expectations

Client relationship development 30%, Tactical 40%, Transactional 30%

RequirementsRequired Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:BA or BS degree

5-7 years of relevant experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Highly detail-oriented writer and editor

Skilled at managing multiple hard deadlines at once with a keen sense of prioritization

Solid grasp of the corporate wellness industry

Preferred:Master's Degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or other allied health field with 3-5 years of experience managing multiple health promotion programs, preferably in corporate wellness.
