The company's unique approach to building successful online programs combines hospitality expertise, innovative Internet Marketing techniques, excellence in project based solutions and an emphasis on return on investment.Role and Responsibility: Responsible for owning the client acquisition program for Sabre Hospitality Solutions’ customers and managing those for a portfolio of Hotel clients Consults with Hotels to grow acquisition campaigns by understanding their business, target markets, and needs and objectives and then provides creative and thoughtful marketing solutions Knowledgeable and confident with all elements of the digital experience including SEO, PPC, Online Media and Analytics Platforms Ability to Execute on all digital experience acquisition program including SEO, PPC, Online Media Keen ability to analyze and interpret analytics and reports; provide client monthly program summaries and recommendations to continue to evolve digital acquisition program. Lead formal program review calls and/or meetings Delivers digital marketing program reports and analytics and interprets results of acquisition programs ensuring value of program is effectively conveyed to client Understands the industry benchmarks to allow for proactive recommendations and management of acquisition programs on an ongoing basis Develop and present acquisition planning and manage annual planning process as applicable for portfolio of clients Maintain and update acquisition plans and budgets for a portfolio of clients Know digital marketing tools including Content Management Tools in enough depth to execute acquisition needs (custom landing pages) Administer routine account management tasks essential to Sabre Hospitality’s operations including monthly billing, updating client contact records, maintaining records of the account’s Internet Marketing services and products, and assisting with or managing contract negotiations and renewals Present and explain Digital Experience Acquisition Plans and Proposals Serve as the client’s first point-of-contact for troubleshooting digital acquisition itemsJob Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, hotel/hospitality management, or closely related field.EXPERIENCE:Must have 3-5 years Account Management and Online Marketing and/or Hotel Sales & MarketingSkills - This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Must possess strong attention to detail, as well as extraordinary customer service and project management skills.
