Quality Inn & Suites Hotel is looking for a friendly, outgoing, personable Front Office Manager to join our team in providing that unforgettable guest experience. As the Assistant Manager, you will lead and manage the operation of the Guest Services Department, including Front Desk, Housekeeping and night audit with strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure superior guest service
Maintain high visibility and professional involvement with guests. Represent management in the area of guest service and deal with the day-to-day problems and special requests of hotel guests
Implement training initiatives for current and new employees
Promote our Guest Loyalty Program and ensure compliance with Program Standards
Develop, organize and conduct Department Meetings
Administrate uniform program, for the Guest Services Department
Ensure financial success by controlling staffing levels, operational costs and maximizing revenues
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching; counseling and executing disciplinary actions of employees
Handle any special projects or assignments
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Two (2) year managerial hotel experience at a hotel
Strong leadership skills
Solid understanding of Guest Service Standards and Procedures
Solid Customer Service and great communication skills
Diplomacy, tact and creative problem resolution skills a must
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Able to multi task while focusing on details
Four year college degree or equivalent in education or experience preferable
Clean Records / Background check required.
