Are you a proven Property Management professional with a passion for customer service? If so, we would love to add you to our family as a Community Manager in Cambridge, MD! We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day to day operations of our conventional Multi-Family community and provide top notch service to our resident and prospects.
We are actively promoting social distancing and virtual leasing during this time, however for training and some day to day operations, this position will require being on-site to an extent.
Our Community Manager Will Be Responsible For:
Daily operation of a multi-family community
Oversight of all Maintenance personnel and operations
Prospect experience, from lead to lease
Management of resident move in, renewals and move out
All A/P and A/R, including invoice payment, vendor management and rent collection.
Marketing efforts to lease to new prospects and retain current residents.
Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate staff as needed.
To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:
5+ years Property Management experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirements
Previous experience managing, training and motivating a cohesive team.
Working knowledge of Property Management software
A positive, can-do attitude!
