Looking for a part-time gig where you can enjoy your love of wine while making some extra money? If so, perhaps you could join our team of Wine Ambassadors. We have an immediate need for persons who can cover the Eastern Shore territory for us.
Since first opening in 2012, Olney Winery has rapidly become one of Maryland's largest producing wineries. Our wines are now sold in over 700 retail wine stores across Maryland. And this is where you would come into the picture. In order to promote the sale of our wines in the various retail locations across the state, we have a team of Wine Ambassadors who conduct complimentary wine tastings of our wines at these retail stores (Usually on a Friday evening or during the day on Saturday, generally a three-hour time slot). You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule.
Our wines are sold throughout the Eastern Shore (Queen Anne County, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset). We do many in-store tastings in Salisbury especially. We would love to find an energetic, engaging individual to represent our wines for us to the general public. Compensation for each tasting session is between $60-$90 (depends upon how many bottles are sold).
