DaVincis by the Sea is seeking motivated independent and talented individual to assist in operating our busy boardwalk restaurant. The following position are available :

Lead Chef - candidates should be certified food handlers with experience and knowledge in batch production as well as , all cooking methods. Duties will include, supervising, scheduling, cooking on the evening dinner line, some inventory management. Sanitation management. Must be proficient at saute. Experience with Italian food is a plus.

Menu planning, purchasing, hiring and training of staff, nightly line supervision, all aspects of production and some menu planning . Applicants should have verifiable education/ work references
