Looking for a full time Caretaker and Handyman for property in McDaniel MD. Duties and hours will vary by season but will include general handyman duties, property maintenance including landscaping and pond maintenance.
You must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, able to work independently, have the ability to recognize when work needs to be done and initiate the project, able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 100 lbs with assistance of another. Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to communicate in English.
Hours 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch break during the summer and will adjust during the winter.
Paid holidays and time off.
