We are accepting applications for the position of Groundskeeper at our Salisbury apartment community. This is a part time position for 24 hours per week. Must also be available weekends for snow removal as required (in season)
Our groundskeepers are responsible for keeping exteriors, common area amenities, vacant apartments, and sidewalks/alleyways of the community clean and in a safe condition. They will assist in other types of maintenance, when necessary. Must have experience with painting and must be high school graduate or equivalent.
