Job Responsibilities
Your job will entail using a deboning and skinning machines to remove bones and skin from whole leg. Deboned leg meat product will be trimmed, graded and packed according to USDA and company standards.
Be at least 18 years old and have the ability to lift up to 30lbs Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate your ability to problem solve. Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Stand for the duration of an 8 to 12 hour shift. Pass Pre-Employment drug test Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and display good attendance.
