Benchmark Management has an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Leasing Consultant at our professionally managed Salisbury apartment community.
In this two-person office, the leasing consultant will be responsible for leasing, marketing, move-in administration and assuming the responsibilities of the Community Manager in their absence.
Candidates should have 2 - 3 years of experience in property management or a similar industry such as hospitality or retail. Excellent customer service and sales skills required. Must be able to work Saturdays.
