Coldwell Banker Vacation Rentals is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant.Â This position is responsible for answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel. They also greet clients and customers; and support other administrative staff members.Â The position is temporary and will last from approximately mid-May to mid-September. Â Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing callers.
Welcome on-site visitors and determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for daily operation of reception desk and office area.
Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate personnel.
Create key packages for check-ins and disburse key packages for check-outs.
Maintains fax machines and assists users with the transmission and routing of faxes.
Maintains copy machines and assists users with copying and scanning.
Keeps reception area neat and ready for visitors.
Other duties as assigned. Â Job Requirements:
Ability to work weekends as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent hospitality and customer service skills with administrative responsibility.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels. Â
