Our client is currently seeking to hire an apartment maintenance technician for their units in Seaford, DE (one site). This position will be on a contract basis, following the contract (which usually lasts a few months) our client will have the option to extend more work or bring you on board permanently. Job Details
-Rate: 15.00/hr
-Type: Contract (see description above)
-Shift: Morning shift, Monday through Friday
-Location: Seaford, DE 19973
-Responsible for maintaining an apartment complex and it's grounds. Answering work orders and tenant requests.
Requirements
-Must have some experience performing maintenance in a similar environment (apartments, hotels, condos, ect.)
-Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
-Must have reliable transportation
