Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems is in search of a passionate and driven Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our team in Easton, MD. The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy equipment mechanics, electrical, hydraulics and welding.

As a mechanic, you will:
Diagnose and repair operational difficulties with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
Troubleshoot various electrical issues.
Weld and Fabricate hydraulic hoist mounts.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired.
Minimum of (1) year experience as a diesel/equipment mechanic.
Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening.
Must provide own tools
