Primary Responsibilities
⢠Maintain, repair and install customers' oil heat and gas equipment
⢠Perform annual maintenance/efficiency tune-ups
⢠Generate billable revenue within a "Flat Rate" environment
⢠Must be responsible for Company truck, tools and inventory
⢠Work effectively with Service Dispatch
⢠Ensure timely and safe performance of service calls
⢠Perform administrative duties related to service calls in a timely manner
⢠Provide prompt and courteous service to customers on a daily basis while ensuring environmental compliance on every call
⢠Must be capable of turning in leads for new equipment
⢠Must be capable of upgrading customers to service agreements
⢠Other duties as assigned
Education or Professional Certification/License Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Journeymen's license desired, required once employed
CFC certification desired
