Online Presence Manager
The Real Estate Corner is searching for a full-time Online Presence Manager that has experience and knowledge in a diverse range of skills. Our web and media manager will be responsible for enhancing and promoting our business online, with strong branding that will increase visibility and drive customer confidence. This position will also entail front-end web design, graphics creation and distribution, promotional material/ads, and social media management.

Responsibilities
- Update the existing The Real Estate Corner website with new content and information pertaining to the business
- Enhance and refine The Real Estate Corner website
- Develop and implement best SEO practices for the website
- Create, design, and modify graphics used for the website and promotional materials (including ads, visual website elements, and business cards)
- Obtain and edit photographs of projects to be displayed by and distributed from The Real Estate Corner website
- Manage and update the social media platforms used by The Real Estate Corner (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and manage email notices and campaigns
- Manage web advertising and online promotional campaigns
Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent software
- Working knowledge of photography and photo editing workflows
- Social media management and marketing
- Front-end web design and development ( WordPress )
- Search engine optimization and promotion
- Experience with email campaigns and advertisement
- Copywriting and excellent English language skills
Preferred Technical Skills
- Video recording, editing, and publishing
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in social media management
- 5 years' experience in website management and graphic design
- 5 years' experience in advertisement, business promotion, and SEO
