Perform shipping, receiving, and storage duties of clinical drug supplies for government client.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in managing shipment documentation (clinical drug requests).
Assist with completing labeling projects as assigned.
Assist in completing inventory adjustments for agent destruction and/or returns to manufacturer.
Use an inventory management system for data entry, sample tracking, and management of samples.
Assist in performing physical inventory inspections.
Provide additional assistance for current warehouse functions such as preparing air waybills using the OAOP computer system for both domestic and international shipments.
Properly check and pack basic daily clinical drug request (CDR).
Assist in receipt and inspection of clinical drug shipments.
Assist with drug relocation within the repository.
Become certified in IATA/DOT transport.
Assist with receiving and organizing warehouse supplies.
Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), facility safety guidelines, and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements which may include compliance with cGMP CFR parts 210 and 211 where applicable.
Repository maintenance and housekeeping.
Provide assistance to Operations Management.
All other duties as assigned.

Requires basic computer skills.
Requires good communication (written and oral) skills.
Requires attention to detail.
Requires ability to display initiative for performing various assigned tasks, and willingness to complete required training and learn all warehouse tasks for cross training purposes.
Education/Experience:
Requires High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Prefers experience with inventory management.

None.
Work Schedule:
8:00AM to 5:00PM core hours, additional hours as required.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Environment: office, warehouse and repository.
Must use personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and push up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to process and handle materials frozen on dry ice (-78°C) for up to 6 hours per day.
Must be able to work in walk-in freezers or refrigerators periodically for up to 5 hour per day.
Ability to use a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
