Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that company systems and standard operating procedures are met for assigned station. Primary responsibilities are production and execution of menu items.

Qualifications

Three years experience in a high-quality environment.

Passionate culinarian with a great palette and sense of presentation.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.

Ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Detail-oriented with good organization skills, performing work accurately and efficiently.

Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels.

Duties

Prepare and execute assigned menu items as assigned per station and prep lists.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Assist in the creation of menu items and daily offerings.

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.

All other duties as assigned by Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
