Medical Cannabis company in Maryland is seeking qualified candidates interested in working in the Cannabis industry. We are looking to hire for a variety of positions in Management, Cultivation, Processing, Product Handling and Transportation.
Employment is contingent upon being awarded the license to grow and/or process Cannabis in Maryland.
Required Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
Must be a Maryland resident
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving
Preferred Qualification:
Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture
Experience working at a cannabis cultivation (growing) or processing facility
Experience working at a cannabis dispensary
Technical or College degree
