Home Health Care service agency is hiring RNs to work in Montgomery County, Prince Georges county and Washington County.
RNs will perform the following tasks:
Travel to patient's homes, check the physical and mental condition of patients.
Educate the patient and caregivers in various aspects of home health. Nurses may teach, counsel, and demonstrate skills.
Act as an intermediary between the physician, hospital, staff, and the patient.
May supervise other home health workers.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Flexibility to schedule appointments and ability to balance personal commitments.
