Seeking a positive, results-driven marketing specialist to join our team. We are looking for a candidate that is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion.
Must be familiar with creating marketing materials, marketing strategy, and fluent in digital and social media marketing. Specific duties include maintaining company websites, designing and sending email and direct mail campaigns, managing social media content and database management. Must have exceptional command of written and oral communications skills. Should be very familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.) Self-motivated and Self-managed. Some office administration is part of the position. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
