Your job is to call both current and former clients to setup a telephonic meeting date for our you to discuss with them their satisfaction with the services we provided their company.
The survey questions will be pre-set and your job is to have them give you as much detail so that we can help identify their satisfaction with services that were provided.
The work can be done from our Frederick offices or from your home or dorm.
The survey should take 15-20 minutes. The results will need to be entered in a database.
The individuals you will be calling will all be business owner's who purchased our services.
