Ritz Construction is hiring for a receptionist.
Working in a challenging multitask environment, he/she must be able to maintain on-time regular attendance, must posses excellent interpersonal skills and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries.
Assists with accounting functions – A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, filing, etc.
Assist in maintaining office appearance.
Previous experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
