BlueOps, Inc., a government contractor and consulting firm, is seeking Frederick County
residents to play the part of a mystery client. Mystery clients will utilize the services of a
local government agency, attend workshops, interact with staff, and then report on the
client service experience and quality of services received.
This is an independent contractor opportunity and is very short term in nature.
Compensation, depending on qualifications, is $12 to $15 an hour. Engagement is only
expected to run 10 to 15 hours, spread out over the course of several days. Total
compensation is approximated between $200 and $250.
Persons with disabilities, transitioning active duty military and veterans, seniors, and young adults
(age 18 to 24) are encouraged to apply. Some work experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic computer skills
-Good observation and interpersonal skills
-Reliable and dependable
-Legally authorized to work in the US
-Resident of Frederick County, Maryland
-At least 18 years old
-Ability to provide your own transportation (or ability to utilize public transportation) to
job site in Frederick, Maryland
-Ability to provide professional and/or character references
