Fast-paced, small construction office in need of reliable, detail-oriented office / bookkeeping assistant. Good growth potential with career opportunities. Prefer person who is proficient at customer service, Word (typing), Excel and QuickBooks. Job includes - filing, labeling, matching and attaching in A/R & A/P, typing estimates, answering phones, making calls, and other miscellaneous and general office duties. Will train the right person. Full time job. Hours are 8-4:30, with 1/2 hour break. Good benefits.
