Property Management People Inc. (PMP) is adding to their growing Rentals team. We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to work with our Rentals Division based in our Corporate office in Frederick, MD. The Agent will respond to inquiries regarding current PMP rental properties and schedule showings for interested tenants. This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor role and is commission-based.
Responsibilities and Duties
A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high productivity standards
Availability to show properties throughout the week, including weekends as needed
Qualifications and Skills
a current Maryland Real Estate License
current driver's license
This position is an Independent Contractor's role (1099)
