I am seeking a petro-chemical or deformulation specialist to assist in the creation and development of three or more chemicals in exchange for a share ownership in our company. We have a history of distributing automotive chemicals as a North American distributor and currently looking for a chemist with the ability to deformulate and improve our current product. Details will be available after interview and signature on an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Your efforts get you a percentage of equity ownership of all profits generated by the products we sell.
