2 Saturdays a month work from 8:00 to noon. (If you work on a Saturday, you will only work till noon on the day before.) The Saturday requirement will be shared with both Inside Sales Reps and is flexible meaning the Reps decide who will work what Saturday. It does not matter who works on Saturday, just as long as one Rep is working. It could be that one Rep may want to work every Saturday so as to have off at noon every Friday, it may be that one Rep works all Saturdays one month and the other Rep works all Saturdays the following month¦again this is flexible. NOTE: the office will be closed the Saturday of Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving weekend; it may also be closed on the Saturday of the 4th of July and Christmas unless either is on a Wednesday.)
Office House: The office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday; you will be expected to work till 7:00 p.m. two nights a week. On the nights you work till 7:00, you will arrive to work at noon. The days you arrive at 8:30, you will leave at 3:30. On Friday, the office hours are 8:30 to 4:30. You will be given a 30-minute lunch/dinner break Monday thru Friday. (Note: like the Saturday schedule, the Monday thru Thursday schedule is flexible between the Reps.)
Perks:
You will receive a percentage of the annual profit-sharing bonus should the agency qualify for the bonus.
The agency will pay for continuing education and license renewal.
There will be periodic sales contests with cash prizes.
While in the office, you will receive prospect calls that come into the agency on an alternating basis with the other Inside Sales Executive. If you are not in the office (i.e. on vacation, gone for the day, or not yet in for the day) the call-ins will go to the Sales Executive who is in the office.
