Prefabrication Associate Needed:
The prefabrication associate should be able to perform a combination of skilled tasks involving
HVAC piping systems and commercial plumbing systems in a controlled environment through on-the-job-training.
Requirements:
Able to work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends as needed).
Reliable transportation.
0-1 years of prior experience as a laborer, skilled labor or helper.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must be dependable and reliable.
Willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
Ability to lift 50lbs with or without assistance.
Essential Duties:
Load and unload trucks.
Receive and inventory materials and quantities.
Work under immediate supervision to assemble and complete work.
Learn how to read blue prints and uses to pre-fab piping systems.
Learn the mechanics and principles of the prefabrication process, sweat and
Solder, tack-weld steel pipe, cut steel pipe, etc.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
