job summary:
Installation Coordinator will perform the following tasks: help manage, direct, and lead installations or alterations of CARTS R/M point of sale (POS) equipment to the client. This person directs multi-functional teams in a fast-moving, complex environment. Must possess an in-depth working knowledge of point of sale equipment (knowledge of Toshiba 4690 operating system, ACE application, and NCR S/W a plus); must be able to install, configure, and troubleshoot both hardware and software related to POS equipment. Must be a customer focused person who is self-motivated, friendly and is able to solve client issues in an efficient and effective manner.

responsibilities:
Possess at least 10 years of POS equipment installation and configuration experience
Knowledge of Toshiba 4690 operating system and ACE supermarket application
Knowledge of NCR POS equipment H/W and S/W
Manage multi-functional teams in a stressful and fast-moving environment
Be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot at a moment's notice
Have excellent written and communication skills
Be able to be client facing and interact with client
Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure high customer satisfaction
Delegate team tasks
Resolve operations problems quickly using appropriate procedures and follow up
Promote and support related products and services
