Provides end-to-end support for an assigned Oncology therapeutic area (TA) that includes US & Global needs for that TA.

Serve as a strategic partner for the TA’s daily operations by providing forward thinking, standards-based people, process, and technology solutions while ensuring alignment to overarching department standards established by the Learning Transformation & Operational Excellence team.

Primary duties include project management, training evaluation and reporting, identifying budget effectiveness strategies, program logistics, as well as organizational development.

Provide strategic planning and training solutions that better the business and ensure best-in-class training programs are implemented across the salesforce as directed by TA needs.

Reports To: Director, CALQUENCE/Hematology

Responsibilities

Provides standards development and oversight of those learning standards to both the internal OTD team as well as helping to enforce those standards with learners and their mangers.

Oversees program management for assigned therapeutic area(s) asset development and deployment process ensuring timelines are on track and programs and effectively and efficiently rolled out to the field.

Oversees executive reporting and analytics for their assigned therapeutic area(s) on an ongoing basis.

Conducts program evaluation of training programs for their assigned TA to ensure effectiveness and that business needs were met by using a Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology.

Provides strategic communication plans for assigned therapeutic area(s) as well as executes those communications through OTD mailbox, LMS system, or coordinating with business unit managers.

Oversees training content asset management for assigned therapeutic area(s) and the knowledge management of those materials in the OTD master repository.

Serves as lead LMS content administrator for assigned therapeutic area(s).

Partners with the Learning Transformation & Operational Excellence team to leverage OTD wide systems and processes to ensure pull through in their assigned TA

Researches, develops and disseminates best practices in adult learning, learner engagement, program evaluation, and organizational development.

Internal Contacts/Customers:

Internal OTD Training Teams (Commercial or Medical), Field Facing Learners, Global Training Leaders, and Various Leaders within OBU Headquarters

External Contacts/Customers:

Vendor Partners, Production Vendors, External Consultants/Contractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3 – 5 years’ experience in the field of training, adult learning, operations management, or organizational development

Project management experience with demonstrated ability to focus on effective planning of submission of project deliverables and adherence to project milestones and final deadlines

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to author content; translate and communicate business concepts

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Proficient in MS Office Suite applications

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in industrial organizational psychology, MBA, or a related field

Five (5) or more years’ experience

Experience in a pharmaceutical business environment

Knowledge of instructional systems design

Experience in global markets

Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience

Experience working in a Learning & Development environment

Advanced knowledge of information/technology systems that support learning and development initiatives, to make recommendations regarding learning platforms.
