Description:Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing small (under $250K) construction projects primarily for financial institutions. Will be responsible for verifying materials, laying-out project, overseeing and managing subcontractors and in-house crews. Must have prior experience laying out install/construction projects, prior experience managing crews and preferably subcontractors.
