Looking for Enthusiastic and Energetic and well organized Proposal Professional for this role.

• Collaborate with Capture Management to review and track Pipeline on Daily basis.
• Review the RFP’s/RFI assess and conduct SWOT analysis to qualify opportunities that are aligned to UVS' Portfolio.
• Develop Compliance Matrices to ensure win strategy.
• Take ownership of Proposal Process from initiation to submission.
• Utilize Proposal Writing skills to produce the win themes and effectively write proposal responses.
• Develop UVS Portfolio DataSheets/Capabilities statement for Business Development Team
• Assist Business Development team to write the Proposal Draft and Technical writing
• Manage and refine UVS Technical Content based on Portfolio.
• Attend Industry Days and Conferences to represent UVS and establish the relations with Contracting Officers and Other teaming partners.
• Conduct Business Outreach with Contracting Officers on regular basis and present UVS' Core Capabilities and Solutions to the clients.
• Assist the Recruitment team to select the right candidate for the Project team (Strategic Hiring/Recruitment )
• Adherence to organization's quality management and information security related policies.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
