Description A credit union service organization is seeking a File Processing Representative for their Deposit Operations Department! The ideal candidate is solution-focused, independent, and possesses excellent time management skills. Primary duties: -Processes files and settlement for ACH and Shared Branch network for partner credit unions -Performs functions related to incoming, outgoing, domestic, and international wire transfers; including balancing and settlement -Must secure and maintain confidential member information -Performs Federal Reserve adjustments and Check 21 balancing and settlement -Reviews, approves, and processes Remote Deposit Capture exceptions and makes necessary corrections -Processes ACH stop payments, exceptions, unauthorized transactions, and performs research and adjustments -Retrieves daily Fed Returns files and processes chargebacks -Performs various types of research and adjustments related to ACH, wires, and check processing -Work in collaboration and partnership with other team members Qualifications: -Demonstrates the ability to secure and maintain confidential member information -Proven experience with prioritizing workload based on mandatory requirements and member service level agreements -Proven excellence in problem resolution and process improvement skills -Detail- oriented and possess above average organizational, and communication skills -Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy -Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit -Team-oriented Requirements A credit union service organization is seeking a File Processing Representative for their Deposit Operations Department!
