This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. We have an immediate opening for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Customer Service Team as a Patient Liaison located in our Rockville, MD office. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. How You'll Contribute:We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Liaison is responsible for:Responsibilities include:
Ensure customer service
Convert prospective patients into satisfied customers
Prepare and report new patient scheduling results to management
Accurately maintain customer database
Coordinate with all Shady Grove Fertility offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of prospective patients and the highest level of patient satisfaction
Track and follow up with individual progress of prospective customers
Key role in making recommendations for process improvement and opportunities to increase new patient opportunities
This position does not involve any cold calling or telemarketing
What You'll Bring:The skills and education we need are:
Customer services experience with at least 2 years of inside sales or customer service skills
Strong ability to build relationships and ability to communicate information in an effective and empathetic manner
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within and across departments
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills a must
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
